A Faith is the confidence in things unseen. The access to a Man’s power is only as strong as his belief in that power. No matter your belief in a higher being or even your purpose for living; it is strength and conviction to what you say is true that gives you clarity and capacity for power.

FAMILY

Purpose – Relationships Wolf

There is no stronger cause for a man to access the limits of his potential, when he is in love with his family. We are creatures of community, and the nucleus of a man’s community is his wife and children. They provide an endless source of living fulfillment and rejuvenation .

FITNESS

Protection – Health – Gorilla

We are all spiritual beings, having a human experience. Our minds and body are connected; yet completely separate. A man’s Body can live on without the mind, and his minds can suffer in solitude without the body. There is no greater asset to any man than a powerful, healthy, and weaponized body.

FINANCE

Production – Wealth – Elephant

Exchangeable resources give a man access to things he cannot produce himself. The modern marketplace is changing at a feverish pace; where current strategies for earning money are becoming antiquated. Similar to the skills of a doctor or lawyer, the knowledge and ability to control the marketplace, grow what is earned, and protect what is acquired is a never ending practice.

FUTURE

Possibility – Legacy – Eagle

We all begin where those before us left off. A family, community, or society is only as strong as the legacies that are created by men of purpose. There is no greater honor in life for a man, than to produce investments and resources that continue to create value and fulfill a vision after he has passed on.

My name is Lerrod Smalls, I'm a Father, Husband, Entrepreneur and 'Power Coach' for Black Men. I have lived a life full of significant successes in business and high income to failing marriage and Bankruptcy.

My story isn't very different than most black men in America based on statistics. starting out in a low-income neighborhood in Brooklyn, raised in a single-parent home, I was programmed from my early years that life was to be hard and that I was always going to have to struggle. The thermostat for my success was set so low that even when I did have growth I was brought back down by my own self-sabotage. These blind spots were only exposed when I became ruthlessly committed to a new way of being!  Now, I live a powerful life that I Love full of relationships and resources that work for me. As a black father, husband, and entrepreneur in America, I always felt there were some unique challenges holding me back; but I could not figure out exactly what to do...
